Rio Tinto Iron Ore: Yandi 36 Expansion Project, Yandicoogina Mine WA
Monadelphous was awarded the contract for the construction of a complete ore processing facility to increase the Yandi Mine production capacity to 36 Mtpa. The comprehensive works contract included the provision of detailed drafting, supply and installation of primary sizing, scrubbing and screening, secondary crushing, product screening and tertiary crushing facilities. Tight scheduling and effective planning enabled the project to be delivered on time and with an excellent safety record. The project was completed in January 2005. |
