Burnett Shire Council: Bargara Waste Water Treatment Plant upgrade, Bundaberg, QLDThe award of the Bargara Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade is a significant win for Monadelphous as it continues to prove its capability in the water sector. The awarded contract is for the construction and commissioning of the plant which will increase the quality of effluent and increase capacity to meet the needs of the local community and industry in the Burnett Shire. The 35 week program includes civil, structural, piping and electrical upgrades to the existing Plant. Commencing in early September 2007, the initial project team of 7 will increase to around 40 at the height of construction. |
